Terms and Conditions
SquidFactor is a service to prepare for aptitude tests, and websites (squidfactor.se and squidfactor.com) supplying that service. The company behind SquidFactor is Plain Learning Squid AB (incorporated in Sweden under the org. no. 559100-2000). With the term SquidFactor, we include, but do not limit to, our service as provided through the websites, emails and webinars.

By using SquidFactor, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions may be modified at any point time in time; the moment of the most recent changes or revisions will appear on this page. Your continued access to the website will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please do not use SquidFactor.

SquidFactor provides, for you as a non-commercial user (SquidFactor is a service for private persons using it for personal use, please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions regarding commercial use), paid or non-paid, services as they are supplied by the websites. SquidFactor provides aptitude testing preparation, and is for information purposes only. As such, the information can not be guaranteed to be complete or cover every the usage of SquidFactor is at your own risk. SquidFactor assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in these materials, nor does SquidFactor make any commitment to update the information in the service. SquidFactor makes no and expressly disclaims any and all representations or warranties, explicit or implied, regarding SquidFactor and/or advice from SquidFactor. This includes, without limitation, the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any material in, or derived from, SquidFactor. SquidFactor works to keep the service as safe and error-free as possible, but does not guarantee that it manages to do so in every instant. 

SquidFactor - and their respective partners, officers, directors, employees, or agents - shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, indirect, special, or consequential. This includes, without limitation, losses of any sort from or in connection with your use, reliance on, or performance of SquidFactor.

As any web based service, SquidFactor must schedule downtime of the website for maintenance and updates. SquidFactor shall have no liability for the resulting unavailability of the service or for any loss of data or transactions caused by service downtime, as well as for any outages of the internet infrastructure and network external to the website or similar providers.

Your subscription is individual, and may thus not to be shared among multiple users. At the suspicion of such activities, SquidFactor retains the right to temporarily block access to the service for the account with suspicious activity.

The service is a subscription service, without either curing or notice period, and will unless cancelled before the expiry of the current period be billed for the upcoming period using the same billing details as latest provided by the user.  

Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy

The terms and conditions of SquidFactor’s refund policy apply only to individual persons. 

If you are not content with the service, request a refund by sending a mail to [email protected]. Please allow five business days to review your request. Send the mail from the email-address associated to the account, and explain how the service does not live up to your expectations.

To be eligible for a refund, one of the following criterias must be met:

1. There was no match between the information available in the service and the actual test, meaning that the service provided no preparation. Upon the information you provide us on the test you’ve performed and to which you consider SquidFactor did not prepare you, SquidFactor pays back between 20-100 % after reviewing the information.

2. You did not use the service at all.
